Your first visit to a boxing gym may feel intimidating, however at Gorilla Combat, we strive to provide a safe and non-aggressive atmosphere for everyone to learn and train!

What to Bring
While all of our classes are focused on the fundamentals, and you may start with any class, here are the classes we recommend starting with:
Muay-Thai: Monday & Wednesdays Level 1-2 @5:30pm
Muay-Thai: Muay Thai: Saturday at 11am, All levels
Boxing: Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm & Saturdays 10am
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu: Tues (no-gi) & Thur (gi) 6:45pm
All you need to bring is comfortable workout attire and a desire to learn!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class and we’ll get you set up!
We will lend you a pair of gloves for your first couple visits, however we encourage you to purchase your own after attending a few classes. Professional hand wraps, ankle wraps, boxing gloves and other equipment may be purchased on-site or through our online store.
