I originally went for self defense and stayed for the people, workout, and technical skill. I really enjoy the people---there aren't any meat heads. It's a great group.

Classes represent a variety of experience levels which is nice. In addition to monthly memberships, the gym allows for people to buy packages of 10 or 20 classes which is ideal for me as my schedule only allows for me to attend once a week. Very clean and friendly environment. Only criticism, communication was poor during Covid shutdowns.
